I suppose  that you, as most of as, live in a hurry….

Of course some days are difficult and busy.

But if it is everyday…what’s the point?

Take a cup of delicious hot coffe or tea

(The one you prepare everyday, just add the word DELICIOUS, does it feel a bit different already?

Now, drink it slowly, with your eyes clothed, both hands holding the cup.
